“ Hello. I've been buying from Dinapoli ever since I discovered it, I believe in 2019. I've never had any problems; the pizza is more expensive, but it's worth it because it's very generously topped and made with quality ingredients. However, I'd like to report that once, about two weeks ago, I ordered the DiNapolli pizza, which is very generously topped with onions, and they arrived "burnt." I contacted the pizzeria, sending a photo of the pizza, and in less than a minute they got back to me explaining that it was a way of making the onions for a different pizza model, and they put the wrong ones on mine. They gave me the option of tasting it to see if I liked it, or exchanging it for another one at no cost. I chose another one, and about 30 minutes later the delivery guy brought another one with normal white onions. This incident only showed their helpfulness and commitment to the customer. They not only care about selling but also about satisfying the customer. I recommend them to everyone and congratulate the pizzeria. ”
